Let’s talk about Sex, Bae-be…

Looking to bring a bit more zing into your relationship? Or perhaps you’re single and are looking for the best way to get into your local kink scene?

Well if you live here in Seattle a great place to go to get all your questions answered is Babeland! This month and next, in particular, have some very tasty offerings:

A Taste of Tantra
Sunday, October 7th, 7:30-9:30pm, $30
Come and learn how to have a sexier, juicier life by incorporating tantric principles into your entire existence with Lizz Randall and Jay Craver. Tantra is an ancient set of principles that promote enlightenment through the erotic body and senses. We will work with breath, embodiment exercises, and we’ll teach the basic principles of tantra.

How to Please your Woman
Sunday, November 4th, 7:30-9:30pm, $30
She comes first and often at Babeland! Our Sex Educators have talked to thousands of women about what they like in the bedroom (or car, or office) and we want to share it with you. Learn incredible cunnilingus techniques, how to find and stimulate the G-spot, anal pleasure, breast and nipple play, and so much more! Discover how to locate her erogenous zones and how to increase both of your sexual communication skills.

Most folks know that I’m a big fan of The Center for Sex Positive Culture (formerly known as The Wetspot) even though I don’t seem to get myself down there very often. Well here’s a chance for you to hear the Grand Dame herself talk about the Center as well as some of the other great kinky options this town has to offer:

Kinky Seattle info night
Tuesday, October 30th, 7:30pm FREE!
Feeling frisky and want to try something new? Want to meet like-minded people or just find local fetish nights, dungeon play parties, swing events and other sex positive activities but don’t know where to start? Join Allena Gabosch, Executive Director of The Center for Sex Positive Culture for information on Seattle’s sex-positive community. We will cover places to go, events to keep an eye out for, what to wear and even touch on proper etiquette when attending sex-positive events.

I might attend just cause I enjoy listening to Allena talk. I’ll post it here if I’m for sure going to make it to this. That night is a religious holiday for me, but as my religion encourages sexual openness, talking about such things with a Goddess like Ms. Gabosch could be the best way to celebrate.

If you’re ever curious what’s going on at the center, as there is ALWAYS something fabulous and kinky happening, here’s a link to their calender. Just take note that membership is required for a lot of the events. But becoming a member is as easy as attending one of their Intro to Sex Positive Culture workshops and paying the $35 dues, that shouldn’t deter you if you see something you wanna check out: http://www.sexpositiveculture.org/calendar

And here’s the info on Babeland. Check out their site for a full listing of this month’s, or any other’s, workshops.
